General Liability
Commercial General Liability (CGL) insurance protects business owners against claims of liability for bodily injury, property damage, and personal and advertising injury. Premises/operations coverage pays for bodily injury or property damage that occurs on your premises or as a result of your business operations. Products/completed operations coverage pays for bodily injury and property damage that occurs away from your business premises and is caused by your products or completed work.
Commercial Auto
Two parts to a commercial auto policy:
(A.) Liability insurance for bodily injury and property damage that may result from a vehicle accident occurring while you or someone from your organization is driving on business.
(B.) Physical Damage Coverage to your vehicles. There are three types of physical damage coverage for motor vehicles. They are collision, comprehensive and specified perils.
Workers' Compensation
Workers compensation insurance serves two purposes: It assures that injured workers get medical care and compensation for a portion of the income they lose while they are unable to return to work and it usually protects employers from lawsuits by workers injured while working.
Umbrella Liability
Commercial Umbrella Insurance extends liability coverage for an additional layer of insurance to further protect business assets.
